摘  要:波轮全自动洗衣机脱水时,盛水桶部件受到电机与离合器带动脱水桶转动的影响而振动,振动频率约为12~23Hz,但盛水桶部件存在异常低频振动,频率约为1.5Hz,且低频振动幅度瞬时达10mm。本文就波轮全自动洗衣机脱水时出现的异常低频振动现象的原因进行分析处理,最终确定是平衡环上下筋条错位,打破脱水稳态平衡,对平衡环形成大的冲击,导致高速脱水时异常低频振动现象。When pulsator automatic washing machine spinning,washing barrel components get the forced vibration by the rotating of motor and clutch drives.The vibration frequency is about 12 ~23Hz.But also an abnormal low-frequency vibration exists,whose vibration frequency is about 1.5 Hz,and whose vibration amplitude is beyond 10mm.The article analyses the causes of the abnormal low-frequency vibration,in the end, the blocking ribs of the top half balance ring are not on the same position with which of the under half balance ring.And the spinning balance is broken,which is a great shock to balance ring.And it is the factor abnormal low-frequency vibration.
