摘　　要：本文介绍了一种新型冰箱侧板材料,它是以冷轧钢板或镀锌钢板作为基材,通过机械力辊压使钢板表面获得花纹,而后经过加工成型、脱脂和无磷转化、静电喷涂等工艺制作成冰箱侧板。此种侧板具有强度高、安全性强等特点,对于提升冰箱品质和竞争力,具有重要的作用。This paper presents a kind of novel material for refrigerator side panels,which uses SPCC or SGCC as the substrate.The steel sheet is rolled by mechanical force to obtain curved patterns on the surface. Afterwards,by a process of molding,degreasing,phosphate-free conversion and electrostatic spraying,the embossed plates are spray coaled into refrigerator side panels.The new type of side panel is endowed with the virtues of high-intention and steady-security,which are propitious to advance the quality and rivalrousness of products.
