摘  要:含Zn-Al钎料的铜铝焊接接头在制冷行业中不可避免地要接触腐蚀介质。本实验研究了铜铝管钎焊接头在盐雾条件下的腐蚀现象,应用扫描和能谱手段表征腐蚀后的样品,并对其腐蚀机理进行分析。研究表明,铜铝钎焊接头的腐蚀主要发生于钎料层,腐蚀过程以钎料层的腐蚀破坏为主,伴有大量腐蚀坑。随着时间的延长,腐蚀介质沿着腐蚀产生的缝隙逐渐向内部浸渗使腐蚀纵深扩展。盐雾腐蚀的本质是电化学腐蚀。钎焊过程中,沿晶界析出的一些脆性相因电位较低成为优先腐蚀部位,表现为晶界腐蚀。Cu/Al joints brazed with Zn-Al filler metals inevitably contact with corrosive medium.This experiment studied the corrosion behavior of Cu-Al pipe brazed joint under salt spray test,characterizing the sample corroded by the means of SEM and EDS,and the corrosion mechanism is analyzed.This study showed that the corrosion for Cu-Al pipe brazed joint mainly happens on the solder layer with a lot of corrosion pit. With the lengthening of corrosion time,penetration of corrosive medium into corrosion cracks results in corrosive expansion to depth.The nature of salt spray test is electrochemical corrosion,in the process of brazing, some brittle phases in the grain boundary become the preferred corrosion parts due to low potential,performance for grain boundary corrosion.
