摘  要:本文从制冷剂替代物的选型、环境友好性评价、安全性评价、热工性能评价和试验验证评价等五个方面梳理出R22替代物的选型流程,并以行业研究较多的R410A、R290和R32等制冷剂替代物为研究对象,对制冷剂选型流程进行了试套。流程试套实践表明,R290、R32的综合性能优于R410A,这两类制冷剂适合做为R22的长期替代物,应对其进行深入研究和广泛应用。This article summarize the selection process of R22's alternative from five aspects;the refrigerant alternatives selection,environmental evaluation,safety evaluation,thermal performance evaluation and test evaluation.Take widely studied refrigerant alternatives R410A,R290 and R32 as the research object,having practiced refrigerant selection process.The trial and practice shows that the comprehensive performance of R290 and R32 is better than R410A,these two kinds refrigerants are suitable for long-term substitute for R22.We should carry out in-depth research and extensive application.
