摘  要:本文制备了一种具有低迁移性、低粘连性和防霉功能的新型冰箱门封条。相较于传统的增塑剂,己二酸聚酯增塑剂对HIPS和S-PVC的力学性能影响较小,且降低了门封条的迁移性。此外,由于润滑剂对高抗冲聚苯乙烯力学性能的影响较小,可以用来改善门封条的抗粘连性,而本文发现含砷的防霉剂Micropel 5DIDP,Micropel 5PVC的防霉效果要优于不含砷的Micropel IT10DIDP。In this paper,a new refrigerator door seal with low molecular migration,low adhesion and mildew function is prepared.Compared to conventional plasticizers,Poly(1,2-propylene glycol adipate) has less influence on the mechanical properties of HIPS and S-PVC,and also lowers the door seal's molecular migration.The lubricant could be used to improve the blocking resistance of HIPS and door seal since it has little influence on the mechanical properties of HIPS.The mildew function of Micropel 5DIDP and Micropel 5PVC with arsenic is better than Micropel IT10DIDP without arsenic.
