摘 要:本文采用数值模拟与实验相结合的研究方法,以排量为21.6cm^3/r与20.3cm^3/r的滚动转子式压缩机为研究对象,对滚动转子式压缩机高效化设计进行了深入研究。运用压缩机热力学与动力学模拟程序对排量为21.6cm^3/r进行了国标工况和空调工况下参数的数值模拟,找出不同工况下压缩机参数的差异点,为优化排量为20.3cm^3/r转子压缩机达到高效化设计寻找方法,提出了高效压缩机设计应结合空调工况的新思路。In this paper,rotary compressors with working volume of 21.6cm /r and 20.3cm /r were studied,and simulation was combined with experiment research to deeply investigate the high efficiency design of rotary compressors.The numerical simulation of rotary compressors with working volume of 21.6 cm /r was carried through under GB condition and air condition by using compressor thermodynamics and dynamics program.Compressor parameters under different working conditions were found out.The methods for optimization of rotary compressors with working volume of 20.3cm /r was searched,the new ideas for high efficiency compressor design which should be combined with working condition was put forward.
