摘　　要：通过统计视频点播技术领域的中国专利申请,给出视频点播技术在中国的专利申请情况,并对申请人国别分布及申请量排名靠前的主要申请人特点进行了分析,通过一些典型的专利文献介绍了专利中的技术发展情况,希望能对国内视频点播领域的业内人士有所帮助。With the statistic of the Chinese patent applications in video on demand field,this paper introduces the patent application situation of Video on Demand(VOD) in China,and analyzes the country distribution of applicants and the characteristic of primary applicants,and introduces the technology development of the patents with some typical patent documents.Hopefully this paper will be helpful to the insiders in the VOD filed of China.
