摘　　要：由于视频编码标准的不同而产生的不同种类视频转码技术是视频转码中的重要部分,本文通过检索与MPEG-2、MPEG-4、H.263、H.264标准相结合的在中国申请的视频转码技术专利,分析了各标准下国内外申请人的地区分布情况和申请量变化趋势,并对统计结果做了分析。Video transcoding between different video encoding standard is an important part of video transcoding technology,by searching video transcoding patent application in China combined with MPEG-2,MPEG-4,H.263 and H.264standards,the present paper analyses the geographical distribution of applicants of different standards and the number of patent applications domestic and overseas applicant's annual trend,and analyses the statistical result.
