摘　　要：CMOS图像传感器具有低成本、低功耗、易集成和读取高速灵活等优点,随着近年来CMOS图像传感器技术的发展,CMOS图像传感器正逐渐取代传统的CCD图像传感器的主流地位。针对CMOS图像传感器领域的专利文献,基于专利文献的引用频次,对该领域的关键专利进行研究和分析,总结了关键专利的技术要点。CMOS image senor become a main product of the image senor,because its low cost,integration and high read speed.In recent years,the market share of the CMOS image sensor is increasing.In this paper,the key patents of the field are studied and analyzed,and the technical points of these key patents are shown based on the patents of the field of the CMOS image sensor.
