摘　　要：介绍了移动流媒体技术的发展状况,并针对移动流媒体技术的特点以及与此相对应的技术挑战,基于移动流媒体技术领域的相关专利文献,分别从硬件设备上的兼容与支持、业务之间的切换、业务的控制管理与安全性等方面对移动流媒体领域的主要专利申请进行分析和总结,并通过一些典型的专利文献介绍该领域在专利中的技术发展状况。The development of the mobile stream media technology is introduced,aiming at the characteristics of mobile stream media technology and the corresponding technology challenge.Based on the patent documents in the field of the mobile stream media technology,patent applications is analyzed and summarized mainly in the field from the compatibleness and support of the hardware,the handoff of the operation,and the control management and security of the operation separately.The technology development of the patents according to some typical patent documents is introduced.
