摘　　要：近年来,我国高科技迅猛发展,专利申请数量也在迅速提升。在专利申请的过程中,申请人为获得合适的保护范围和满足专利法的要求,使得对申请文件的修改不可避免。专利就体现于专利文件之中,专利文件的重要性不言而喻。如何在专利审查过程中合理修改专利文件是专利申请人需要认真对待的问题。本文将从专利申请的三个阶段对专利文件修改的时机和要求进行重点提示与阐述,切实提高专利申请效率。Recently,with the development of high-tech,the number of patent application is increasing.In the process of patent approval,it is inevitable to amending the application in order to acquire appropriate patent right range.The patent is embodied by the patent files,so the application files are very important.The applicant is required to amend the patent application when he or she applies for a patent,and has to take it seriously that how to amend it.Based on three steps of patent application,it intends to help the applicant understand the patent protection cope and protect their rights.
