摘　　要：在创造性的评述中,选择最接近的对比文件是第一步,它可能不是一个,也不是唯一的,如何从众多对比文件中确定最接近的对比文件至关重要。从创造性的定义出发,以案例为支撑,阐述了如何选择最接近的对比文件,以期对业内人员提供帮助。In creativeness examination,the first step is to selecting the closest document,the documents maybe is not only one,how to determine the closest is vital,this paper introduces the define of creativeness,analyzes a related case to exposit how to select the closest document,then it is hoped to be helpful for the applicants in the field.
