浅谈如何发现潜在中国台湾地区申请及其同族

摘　　要：即使是申请人地址不属于台湾地区的国内申请,也可能存在潜在的相同内容的中国台湾地区申请或美国同族申请。通过审查工作中的两个具体案例的归纳和总结,探讨了这些潜在的中国台湾地区申请在撰写形式和用词上的特点,进而给出了如何才能够及时发现申请人地址不属于台湾地区,而实质上为台资企业的发明专利申请。Even if for the domestic application that the address of which is not belonging to Taiwan,there still may be some potential Taiwan applications or US family applications which have same content to the corresponding domestic application.In this paper,by reviewing and summarizing two specific cases,the writing form and diction features of the potential Taiwan applications are discussed,and furthermore it is concluded that how to discover those application that the address of which is not belonging to Taiwan,while that is invention patent application of Taiwan-funded enterprise.
