摘　　要：在下一代网络中,固移融合策略控制系统是全业务运营网络中智能管道构建的关键部件,可以更方便地向用户提供一致的服务体验,并简化网络部署。本文从融合策略控制系统的研究现状出发,分析了融合策略控制系统的架构及其实现方案,并对基于融合策略控制的新型FMC业务场景进行了展望。In the next generation network, coverged policy control system of fixed and mobile is the key component of the intelligent pipeline in the network of full-service carriers. It can be more convenient to provide a consistent service experience to the users and simplify network deployment. Beginning with research progress of the system, the system architecture and its implementation were analyzed, and the prospect of new FMC business scenarios was provided.
