摘　　要：WebRTC是一项在浏览器内部进行实时视频和音频通信的技术,可利用JavaScript API和HTML5实现丰富且质量高的实时通信。分别介绍了WebRTC在信令和媒体处理方面的关键技术,分析了WebRTC的业务模式和可能对传统运营商带来的冲击,并就运营商引入WebRTC的策略提出了建议。WebRTC is a newly emerged trend of real-time communications. It enables the developers to realize rich, high quality, RTC applications in the browser via simple JavaScript API and HTML5. The key technologies within the WebRTC architecture including both the signaling and media plane were addressed, and some strategically analysis for the probable business model or impact were given when introducing WebRTC to the telecom operators.
