天津市小洋楼民居抗震能力分析

摘　　要：小洋楼是天津的特色建筑,部分存在抗震薄弱环节,但国内对该类建筑的抗震能力研究较少,基于此,本文针对天津市劝业场街区部分特色建筑进行了抗震能力分析。通过对一栋典型民居的抗震研究表明,在遭受VII度小震时,该结构顶层中等破坏,VIII度中震时,顶层严重破坏;IX度大震时,顶层倒塌,建议尽快进行抗震加固。本文针对抗震能力研究给出了抗震加固措施的建议,研究成果可以为天津市小洋楼民居的抗震加固提供科学依据和技术支持。Western-style building is a main characteristic of Tianjin.Some of these buildings have seismic weak link,but less research have focused on their seismic capability.The seismic-resisting capacity of some western-style dwelling on Quanyechang Street of Tianjin was analyzed in this paper.The structural style and seismic behavior were introduced.Seismic-resisting capacity of a typical residential building was analyzed and appraised in accordance with codes and standards.It shows that the top story will be medium grade damaged when suffering small earthquake(intensity VII).In medium earthquake of intensity VIII,the top will be heavily damaged.In strong earthquake with intensity IX,the top story will collapse.So the paper suggested that seismic strengthening should be carried out soon.The anti-seismic and reinforcement measures were given.Scientific basis and technical support for seismic strengthening were provided for westernstyle dwellings in Tianjin.
