对研究生进行思想政治教育的几点体会

摘　　要：研究生思想政治教育是研究生教育的重要组成部分,在研究生的全面培养中具有不可替代的作用。如何适应新形势发展变化的需要,增强其针对性和实效性,是摆在我们思想政治工作者面前的一个新课题。结合思想政治教育的实践,从找准思想政治教育的切入点,思想政治教育与严格管理相结合,注重情感教育,做到思想政治教育与社会实践活动相结合,发挥党团组织和先进典型的作用等方面谈了几点体会。Ideological and political education is an important and irreplaceable part in the comprehensive education for graduate students. It is a new task for ideological and political workers that how to adapt to the new development and changes of the overall situation,and enhance the relevance and effectiveness of the education. This paper elaborates on the experiences of pinpointing the entry point to the ideological and political education,combining the ideological and political education with strict management and emotional education,interlinkinging ideological and political education and social practice activities,and bringing in the roles of the Party and the League and the advanced models.
