摘　　要：为了贯彻科学发展观,倡导低碳经济、创建美好家园、建设美丽中国,揭示和论证低碳经济产生的动因非常重要。文章根据生态热力学和心理经济学的原理,从资源、环境和人类心理三大约束阐述了发展低碳经济的合理性,从一个新的视角阐述了发展低碳经济的动力机制,为大力发展低碳经济提供了新的理论依据。It is very important to reveal and demonstrate the mechanism of low carbon economy in order to implement the concept of scientific development,advocate low carbon economy,create fine home and construct beautiful China. This paper describes the rationality and power mechanism of low carbon economic with a new perspective from the resources,environment and human psychological three constraints according to the ecological thermodynamics and psychological economics principle,providing a new theoretical basis for development of low carbon economy.
