摘　　要：可持续发展能力对于企业是至关重要的一种动态能力。现阶段,我国林业企业的可持续发展能力较弱,这严重阻碍了企业自身甚至林业产业的可持续发展。根据相关文献,结合林业企业具体特点,利用因子分析和结构方程,建立了林业企业可持续发展能力的路径模型,探讨了林业政策支持、资源环境容量、人力资本投入、市场对接度与可持续发展能力的逻辑关系,并对如何提升林业企业可持续发展能力进行政策建议。For enterprises,sustainable development capability is a critical dynamic capability. Nowadays,forestry enterprises in China hold the relatively week capability,which blocks their course of sustainable development. On the basis of relative documents,combining with specific features of forestry enterprises,the author adopts factor analysis and structure equation to build a path model of sustainable development capability of Chinese forestry enterprise,discusses the logical relations among forestry policy back- up,resource environment capacity,human capital input,degree of market matching and the development capability,and raises policy proposals to how to enhance the capability.
