养猪户病死猪无害化处理行为影响因素实证研究——基于江西养猪大县的调查

摘　　要：动物卫生和动物性食品安全问题已成为影响社会稳定和经济发展的重大问题。做好病死动物的无害化处理工作在解决环境及食品安全方面具有十分重要的意义。文章基于江西省南昌县养猪户的调查数据,运用二元Logistic模型分析养猪户进行病死猪无害化处理行为的影响因素。研究结果表明:养猪户的年龄与其进行病死猪无害化处理行为呈负相关,养猪户的道德责任感、养殖规模和养殖年限、病死猪危害认知、补贴政策与其病死猪无害化处理行为呈正相关。Animal health and animal food safety problem has become the major problem which affects social stability and economic development. Harmless handling for dead animal has a very important significance in solving the environment and food security.Based on the survey data of Nachang County Jiangxi Province,this paper apply binary logistic model to analysis influencing factors that pig farmer deals with dead pig harmlessly. The results of the study show that the age of pig farmer is negatively correlated with harmless handling behavior. The moral sense of responsibility,breeding scale and breeding age,hazard perception of dead pig,subsidy policy are positively correlated with harmless handling behavior.
