海洋生物医药业发展要素的贡献测度与配置对策研究

摘　　要：识判海洋生物医药产业发展主导要素,分析产业发展所处的阶段,并尝试拓展索罗余额应用模型,对海洋生物医药业的固定资本、科技、药源、劳动力和政策要素进行量化测算,比较要素增长率与其贡献的匹配状况,提出了稳定现有品种药源的增长,注重技术产业化和产业规模化,加大海洋生物医药产业基地硬件资产的投入,优化基础型、开发型、专利型人才配置,继续加强产业保护、扶持政策等建议。This thesis summarizes the leading factors of marine biological medicine and distinguishes the stage of development of marine biological medicine. Besides,this thesis tries to use expanded Solo balance model to quantize the fixed capital,technology,resource,labor and policy. Then,this paper compares the matching of elements growth rate and its contribution and comes up with optimization including keeping steady growth of existing varieties of pharmaceutical,paying attention to technology industrialization and industrial scale,increased investment in Marine biological medicine industry base of hardware assets,optimizing talents configuration of foundation development and patent,and continuing to strengthen industry protection policy support.
