乡村旅游与新农村建设的协同发展模式研究

摘　　要：乡村旅游已经成为振兴农村经济,带动农村相关产业发展,推进社会主义新农村建设及构建城乡统筹发展格局的重要推动力。作为乡村旅游发展的成功案例,宁波天宫庄园的乡村旅游发展和新农村建设互相融合,以工促农,以农兴旅,以旅强村,走上了乡村旅游发展与新农村建设相互促进的良性循环之路,实现了农村经济、生态及社会的协同发展,使天宫庄园成为浙江新农村建设的样板和全国农业旅游示范区。文章探讨了宁波天宫庄园"以产业集群为组织模式,以农业为产业基础,以乡村旅游为产品特色,以庄园为空间载体和依托"的新农村建设与乡村旅游协同发展模式,并对其他类似区域推进乡村旅游与新农村建设的协同发展提供经验借鉴和模式参考。Rural tourism has become important driving force of rural development. Ningbo Tiangong Fazenda has became Zhejiang model of the new countryside construction and the national agricultural tourism demonstration area by inclusive interaction development of rural tourism and new countryside construction to promote each other and mutual confluence,and realized the rural economic,ecological and social harmonious coordination and inclusive development by promoting the development of agriculture and second industry with tourism. This paper takes Ningbo Tiangong Fazenda as an example,the interaction model and collaborative development of rural tourism and the new rural economic development are discussed.
