摘　　要：2013年前两个月,京津冀地区出现了本世纪以来最严重的持续空气污染事件。河北多地连续数日雾霾锁城,严重影响了民众身心健康,也召示了能源消耗和工业生产等城市发展造成的环境污染已不可承受。面对巨大的环境压力,河北省应下大力气加强城市区域大气污染的综合防治,努力实现发展与环保的平衡。First two months of 2013,the Beijing-Tianjin-Hebei region has happened the most serious continuing air pollution events of this century,much regions of Hebei was locked by haze for a number of days,which seriously impact on people's physical and mental health,and also called environmental pollution caused by urban development such as energy consumption and industrial production has shown an intolerableness. To the enormous pressure on the environment,Hebei Province should make great efforts to strengthen the comprehensive prevention and control of air pollution in urban areas,and strive to achieve a balance between development and environmental protection.
