摘　　要：建设项目工程管理过程中最关键的3个部分是成本控制、进度控制、质量控制,而业主方在三大控制中最关心的是成本控制。PDCA循环是美国质量管理学家戴明博士发明的全面质量管理方法,因其是不断循环,不断上升的,又称其为戴明环。通过采用PDCA循环模式对成本加以管控,在保证不影响工期和质量的前提下,以最优的成本方案完成建设项目。The three most critical parts in the construction project management process are the cost control,schedule control and quality control.And the cost control is the part owners most concerned about.PDCA cycle is a total quality management method invented by Dr.W.Edwards.Deming,a quality management expert,USA,and it is also known as the Deming cycle because of its continuous rising and circularity.The cost should be controlled by using the PDCA cycle mode.Thereby,we can complete the construction project with an optimum cost program on the premise that be guaranteed not to affect the duration and quality.
