摘  要:针对寒冷地区城市既有居住建筑节能改造进行研究,从建筑的外窗、外墙、屋面、供热等方面提出相关的节能改造技术。通过节能效果进行测试研究,结合节能改造案例,阐述了改造后的优势。改造后的建筑在冬季室内温度明显提升,热舒适度得到较大改善,同时也增强了建筑整体的隔声性能。通过节能改造,提高了建筑的节能效率,节省了社会财富,减少了对环境的污染,促进了社会的可持续发展。This paper makes a study in connection with the existing residential building energy-saving reconstruction in cold region,and proposes energy-saving technology from the building's exterior windows,exterior walls,roof and heating.It expounds the advantages after the reconstruction combined with the energy-saving reconstruction,through studying on the energy-saving effect test.After energy-saving reconstruction,the building indoor temperature has improved significantly.It has not only enhanced the thermal amenity,but also enhanced the holistic sound insulation of building.Energy-saving will improve the building energy efficiency and save social wealth.In addition,it will reduce the environment pollution and promote the sustainable development of society.
