摘　　要：盾构机始发阶段,其掘进姿态对整个隧道走向起决定性指导作用。结合西气东输二线北江盾构工程始发定位测量技术,对盾构机始发零点姿态进行计算,总结出一套盾构机零点测量技术,在检核VMT自动导向系统的同时,指导盾构机按照设计轴线顺利掘进。At the originating stage of the shield machine,the driving posture has decisive guiding role in tunnel trend. Combining with the location and measurement technology of a tunnel engineering,the originating 0 point posture of shield machine was calculated,and a kind of 0 point measurement technology of shield machine was summarized. When checking VMT guiding system,this technology can guide tunneling according with design axis.
