摘 要:盾构法隧道施工在公路、铁路、市政工程、给排水、油气管道穿越江河等领域应用广泛,如何保证隧道顶部既有建筑等设施安全在隧道施工中尤为关键。盾构设备由于结构原因,在穿越时会对原有地层造成不同程度的扰动。对易坍塌地层盾构沉降控制技术进行研究,结合西气东输二线北江盾构穿越工程穿越北江大堤施工实例,总结出一套完善的措施,为盾构施工提供安全保证和技术支持。Shield tunnel construction has been widespread used in projects such as highway,railway,municipal engineering,water supply and drainage,oil gas pipeline crossing rivers etc,how to protect the safety of existing building in the top of tunnel is a particular critical subject. Because of the structure of the shield machine,shield tunnel construction will cause different degree disturbance to the original stratum. The paper research the technology of shield settlement control in easy collapse stratum,combined with the engineering example of the Across Beijiang River Shield project through Beijiang Levee,which is the branch line of the Second West-East Gas Pipeline Project. The paper summarize a set of perfect measures,which can guarantee the safety and technical support for shield construction.
