摘　　要：广州新电视塔天线桅杆是主体结构的主要组成部分,也是结构施工的关键和重点。其特殊的构造和安装位置,对安装提出了很多的课题,如特殊施工技术路线的确定、施工机械的选择、构件分段和施工流程的确定、施工阶段的计算、整体提升工艺及设备方案、抗倾覆导轮导轨系统、特殊钢材焊接等问题,解决这些问题和核心是确定合理、可行的特殊施工技术路线。The antenna mast is the main member of Guangzhou TV Tower,and it is also the key construction point. The special structure and installation location makes some problems,such as determine of construction route,selection of construction machine,determine of member segment and construction flow,calculation of construction stages,whole lifting technique. To solve these problems,reasonable and feasible construction technology route must be determined.
