摘 要:为研究波纹钢腹板组合箱梁的抗弯性能,以深圳南山大桥为原型,根据相似理论制作了缩比尺寸为1∶20的试验梁,研究了波纹钢腹板组合箱梁的开裂形式、裂缝开展、位移和应变受力响应情况。结果表明,波纹钢腹板组合箱梁首先在底板边缘及混凝土底板与波纹钢腹板连接处出现弯曲裂缝,破坏时最大裂缝宽度达5 mm。在循环荷载作用下,组合箱梁的位移响应曲线符合三折线模型。底板开裂前后组合箱梁顶板应变响应曲线呈直线发展且加卸载段基本重合,混凝土底板应变响应曲线斜率在开裂前有细微变化,开裂后再次呈直线发展,加卸载段曲线并不重合,波纹钢腹板组合箱梁在承受弯曲荷载作用时基本吻合拟平截面假定。According to the similarity theory,test beams with the shrinkage ratio of 1∶20 were made by using Shenzhen Nanshan Bridge as the prototype a crack form,cracking developing,displacement and strain stress response were studied.It turned out that the first bending crack appeared in the bottom edge and concrete floor and corrugated steel web connection,the maximum crack width was 5 mm when destruction.n cyclic loads,and the displacement response curve followed the three broken line model.The strain response of box girder'roof was linear,and loading and unloading section were coincidence.Concrete floor strain response curve slope had small change before cracking and changed to be linear after cracking.Under bending load,the box girders with corrugated steel web were accord with the quasi plane assumption.
