摘 要:通过冲刷腐蚀实验研究5组Ni含量不同的奥氏体铸铁在2%的H2SO4、含砂量为15%的酸性溶液中的耐冲刷腐蚀性能,同时采用CS型电化学工作站进行电化学腐蚀行为的研究,对比研究低镍铸铁与高镍铸铁的抗冲刷腐蚀及耐腐蚀性能。结果表明:在2%的H2SO4溶液中,高、低镍铸铁的极化曲线形状相似,均出现一个钝化区域。石墨为B+A型的Ni含量为8.36%、Mn含量为6.57%的奥氏体铸铁的耐冲刷腐蚀性能与耐腐蚀性能均为低镍铸铁中最好,与高镍奥氏体铸铁相当。Laboratory experiments were carried out to investigate the erosion-corrosion resistance of 5 groups austenitic cast iron of different content of nickel under 2% H2SO4,15% sand liquid-solid impingement conditions.The electrochemical characteristics were examined via the CS electrochemical active station.The erosion-corrosion resistance and corrosion resistance of high/low nickel cast iron were studied comparatively.The results showed that in 2% H2SO4 solution,the polarization curves of nickel austentic cast irons were similar,both appeared a passivation region.It was shown that the cast iron with Ni content of 8.36%,Mn content of 6.57% exhbits better corrosion resistance than other low-nickel cast irons,close to the high-nickel cast iron.
