多级生化组合工艺在综合制药废水处理中的应用研究

摘  要:四川某制药企业的综合排放废水,有机物浓度高,水质复杂,处理难度大,原处理工艺已不能满足出水达标排放的要求。通过采用"调节池-两级厌氧生物膜法-三级活性污泥-三级接触氧化"的多级生化组合工艺对原有处理设施进行了升级改造。运行结果表明,经过工程改造后,系统运行稳定高效,COD和NH3-N去除率均高于90%,出水水质好于GB8978-1996《污水综合排放标准》的三级标准。Wastewater from an integrated pharmaceutical enterprise in Sichuan was hard to be treated due to its high organic concentration and complicated water quality. The effluent quality could not meet the related discharge standard by the original process. Therefore,the original process was improved by multistage biochemistry combined process which was'regulation + twostage anaerobic contact process + three-stage activated sludge + three- stage biological contact oxidation. 'The results showed that the wastewater treatment system ran stable and efficient,the removal rates of COD and NH 3-N were above 90%. Furthermore, the effluent quality was better than the requirements of the third criteria specified in Integrated Wastewater Discharge Standard( GB8978-1996).
