双石汤合二至丸治疗高血压肾损害与脂联素关系的研究

摘　　要：目的:观察双石汤合二至丸治疗高血压肾损害的疗效与脂联素关系的研究。方法:将60例高血压肾损害患者随机分为试验组30例,对照组30例。两组在常规治疗基础上,对照组予洛丁新片治疗,试验组在对照组基础上加用双石汤合二至丸治疗。结果:试验组总有效率93.3%;对照组总有效率86.7%,试验组降压疗效优于对照组(P<0.05),研究同时显示,双石汤合二至丸能显著降低尿微量蛋白的排出量(P<0.05～0.01),且双石汤合二至丸组血清脂联素较对照组显著增高(P<0.05),表明双石汤合二至丸能促进血清脂联素的生成与释放。结论:双石汤合二至丸是治疗高血压病早期肾损害的有效方剂。并且双石汤合二至丸降压保肾作用可能与血清脂联素有关。The curative effect of Shuangshi Decoction and Erzhi Pill in treating hypertension early renal damage,and it's relationship with adiponectin.Methods: Sixty cases of hypertensive renal damage were randomly divided into treatment group and controlled group,both of which have 30 cases.On the basis of conventional treatment,the controlled group used Luo Dingxin tablet,and the treatment group used the controlled group's treatment by adding Shuangshi Decoction and Erzhi Pill.Results: The treatment group's total effective rate was 93.3%,the control group's total effective rate was 86.7%,the treatment group's antihypertensive effects was better than that of the control group's(P <0.05).The study also showed that Shuangshi Decoction and Erzhi Pill could significantly reduce urinary trace protein's discharge rate(P < 0.05 ～ 0.01),and improve adiponectin(P < 0.05).Conclusion: Shuangshi Decoction adding Erzhi Pill is an effective prescription in treating Hypertension early renal damage.Besides,the function of Shuangshi Decoction and Erzhi Pill of lowering blood and protecting kidney may be connected with serum adiponectin.
