中西医结合治疗多发性肋骨骨折临床疗效观察

摘　　要：目的:观察、比较非手术外固定与手术内固定在治疗多发性肋骨骨折的疗效。方法:随机分为两组,非手术外固定组和手术内固定组,统计分析比较两组治疗后疼痛时间、住院时间、住院费用、康复时间、治疗满意度等比较。结果:两组治疗疗效经统计分析差异有统计学意义(P<0.05),主要统计项比较,治疗组较对照组更明显(P<0.01)。结论:非手术外固定组与手术内固定组比较有明显疗效优势。Observed,compared with non-surgical and surgical fixation and external fixation in the treatment of multiple rib fractures.Methods: Patients were randomly divided into two groups,external fixation group of non-surgical and surgical fixation group.Statistical analysis and comparison of the two groups after the treatment of pain,hospitalization time,hospitalization costs,recovery time,treatment satisfaction and other more.Results: Therapeutic efficacy of the two groups after statistical analysis,the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05),the main statistical comparison,the treatment group than the controlled group significantly(P<0.01).Conclusion: Non-operation external fixation group has better effect than internal fixation group.
