中西医综合治疗带状疱疹后遗神经痛40例疗效观察

摘　　要：目的:观察中西医综合治疗带状疱疹后遗神经痛的疗效。方法:将80例患者随机分为治疗组,对照组各40例。对照组:穴位注射甲钴胺,半导体激光照射患处,隔日1次;治疗组在上述基础上加用中药益气化瘀止痛汤和刺络拔罐治疗。结果:治疗组总有效率95%,对照组总有效率75%。两组比较,有显著性差异(P﹤0.05)。结论:中西医综合治疗带状疱疹后遗神经痛明显优于西医治疗。To observe the curative effect of heritage neuralgia after herpes zoster treated by combined therapy of Traditional Chinese Medicine and Western Medine.Methods: 80 patients were randomly divided into treatment group and controlled group,40 cases in each group.The controlled group: a cobalt amine point injection,semiconductor laser and day time;treatment group on the basis of the above combined with Yiqi Huayu Zhiteng Decocgtion and stab winding cutem therapy.Results: The total effectiveness of treatment group was 95%,the controlled group was 75%.There were significant differences(P < 0.05) be-tween the two groups.Conclusion: Integrated traditional Chinese and western medicine treatment after herpes zoster neuralgia is superior to western medicine treatment.
