芪苓益气片治疗HIV感染者64例临床疗效观察

摘　　要：目的:观察芪苓益气片治疗HIV感染者的临床疗效。方法:选HIV感染者64例,采用自身前后对照,随访临床症状、体征积分以及血CD4+T淋巴细胞,比较用药前后各阶段患者临床症状、体征与CD4+T淋巴细胞计数。结果:在改善临床症状、体征及升高血CD4+T淋巴细胞数量方面,自身比较治疗前后差异有统计学意义。结论:芪苓益气片对HIV感染者可改善临床症状、体征,提高机体免疫功能。To observe the clinical efficacy of Qiling Yiqi Tablets in the treatment of HIV-infected patients.Methods: 64 cases of HIV-infected patients,using self-controlled methods,follow-up clinical symptoms and signs,and blood CD4+T lymphocytes,comparing before and after treatment in patients with various stages of clinical symptoms and signs with CD4+T lymphocytecount.Results: After treatment,compared with their pre-treatment on clinical symptoms,signs and elevated blood CD4+T lymphocytes,the difference was statistically significant.Conclusion: Qiling Yiqi Tablets can improve clinical symptoms,signs and immune function of HIV-infected patients.
