芒针治疗腰脊神经后支综合征临床观察

摘　　要：目的:比较芒针深刺针法与常规针刺针法治疗腰脊神经后支综合征的临床疗效差异。方法:将60例腰脊神经后支综合征患者随机分为芒针深刺组和常规针刺组,各30例。芒针深刺组采用芒针深、透刺治疗,穴取邵氏点、肾俞、气海俞、大肠俞、腰宜、秩边;常规针刺组采用平补平泻针法常规针刺,取穴与芒针深刺组相同。两组均每日治疗1次,5次为1疗程,共治疗2个疗程。观察两组疼痛视觉模拟评分(VAS)、腰部活动度和压痛恢复情况及临床疗效。结果:两组患者治疗后VAS评分、腰部活动度及压痛恢复情况与治疗前比较均明显改善(P<0.01,P<0.01),且芒针深刺组改善程度优于常规针刺组(均P<0.01)。芒针深刺组、常规针刺组显效以上率分别为93.33%、73.33%,两组综合临床疗效比较,芒针深刺组优于常规针刺组(均P<0.05)。两组治疗期间无不良事件发生。结论:芒针深刺针法治疗腰脊神经后支综合征临床疗效显著,安全无不良反应。To compare the clinical therapeutic effects of lumbar ramus posterior nervorum spinalium with elongated needle and common acupuncture.Methods: Sixty cases of lumbar ramus posterior nervorum spinalium patients were randomly divided into a deep insertion of elongated needle group(30cases) and common acupuncture controlled group(30cases).Elongated needle group was treated with deep and penetrating acupuncture at Shaoshi point,Shenshu,Qihai,Dachangshu,Yaoyi,Zhibian;In common acupuncture group,all cases was treated with Uniform Reinforcing-Reducing Method at same acupoint.The treatment was given once per day in each group,five treatments made one session.Totally,2 sessions were required.The Visual Analogue Scale(VAS),lumbar motion,alleviating of pain-point and the clinical efficacy were observed in each group.Results: The scores of VAS,umbar motion and symptomsof pain-point were reduced obviously after treatment in each group(P< 0.01,P<0.01);the total effective rate of treatment group is 93.33% and the other group is 73.33%;the score reducing in elongated needlegroup was much more remarkable than the common acupuncture group(P<0.01).On the Clinical efficacy,the treatment group was better than the controlled group(P<0.05).Two groups were no adverse events in course of treatment.Conclusion: The clinical effect is significant and safe with Elongated Needle on syndrome of lumbar ramus posterior nervorum spinalium.
