高尿酸血症与糖脂代谢关系的研究及中医护理

摘　　要：目的:探讨社区居民高尿酸血症和糖脂代谢紊乱之间的关系。方法:利用成都地区慢性病防治项目的现况调查资料,分析年龄40岁及40岁以上中老年人群的资料,比较高尿酸血症与正常尿酸人群的糖脂代谢情况。结果:高尿酸血症组糖尿病、高胆固醇血症、高甘油三酯血症、高LDL-C和低HDL-C的患病率均明显高于尿酸正常组(P<0.05)。结论:高尿酸血症与糖脂代谢关系密切,是糖尿病和高脂血症发生发展的重要危险因素。社区中老年人群高尿酸血症和糖脂代谢紊乱的患病率很高,高尿酸血症人群更易发生糖尿病和血脂紊乱。尽早对社区人群进行高尿酸血症和糖脂代谢干预,适时提供中医护理干预,对降低心血管疾病的发生具有重要意义。To explore the relationship between community residents of hyperuricemia and glucose and lipid metabolic disorder.Methods: Using Chengdu area project for chronic disease prevention and investigation,analysis,age 40 years and 40 years of age in the elderly population data,glucose and lipid metabolism between hyperuricemia and normal uric acid group.Results: Prevalence of hyperuricemia group diabetes,hypercholesterolemia,hypertriglyceridemia,high LDL-C and low HDL-C were significantly higher than that in the normal uric acid group(P<0.05).Conclusions: The close relationship between hyperuricemia and glucose and lipid metabolism is an important risk of diabetes and hyperlipidemia development factors.In the middle aged and elderly people with hyperuricemia and metabolic disorders of glucose and lipid in the high prevalence rate of hyperuricemia,people more likely to have diabetes and dyslipidemia.Early intervention on hyperuricemia and metabolism of glucose and lipid in community population,the timely provision of TCM nursing intervention,is of great significance to reduced risk of cardiovascular disease.
