摘　　要：针对动车基地调度集中系统中的通信服务子系统的相关内容进行了介绍,包括系统的服务范围、功能设计及主要功能的实现等。This paper will introduce the relevant content of the Communication Services System which is the subsystem of the CCS,including the scope of system service,the function design and the implementation of main functions,etc.
