摘　　要：随着隔震建筑数量的快速增加以及高层化的发展,隔震建筑在设计、建造、使用过程中难免会有不合理的状况出现,为保证隔震建筑的正常使用及在地震中发挥隔震功能,对隔震建筑进行相关检查是相当必要的。首先介绍了日本的相关隔震建筑检查方法,隔震建筑的检查涉及隔震装置、隔震层及隔震建筑物周边、柔性接头及管线等。然后以日本的一幢高层隔震建筑的竣工检查及定期检查为例进一步说明隔震建筑检查的过程。最后结合我国国情,提出隔震建筑检查的建议。With the rapid increasing of isolated building,as well as high-level development,isolated building will be unreasonable conditions inevitably in the design,construction and using phase. In order to ensure the normal use of the isolated building and isolation function during earthquake,relevant checking of the isolated building is necessary.Firstly,checking standards of Japan isolated building is introduced. Checking of the isolated building involves the isolation device,the isolation layer and the surrounding of the building,flexible joints and pipelines. Then,completion checking and regular checking of a high-rise isolated building in Japan are using as an example to further illustrate the process of checking. Finally,considering the situation of China,the recommendations of checking of the isolated building is put forward.
