丹参酮ⅡA磺酸钠注射液治疗血栓闭塞性脉管炎的疗效观察

摘　　要：目的 探讨丹参酮IIA磺酸钠治疗血栓闭塞性脉管炎的疗效,为临床血栓闭塞性脉管炎的治疗提供依据.方法 选取2010年3月～2013年8月间在武警北京市总医院住院治疗的血栓闭塞性脉管炎患者80例,根据治疗方式分为对照组和实验组,每组40例,对照组采用低分子右旋糖酐注射液静滴治疗,实验组在对照组治疗基础上加用丹参酮IIA磺酸钠.比较2组患者治疗前后D-二聚体含量、血流变指标(包括血浆粘度、红细胞压积以及纤维蛋白原等)及临床疗效.结果 治疗后,实验组患者的D-二聚体含量显著低于治疗前(P＜0.05),且显著低于对照组(P＜0.05);实验组患者血浆粘度、红细胞压积以及纤维蛋白原显著低于治疗前(P＜0.05),并显著低于对照组(P＜0.05);实验组患者的治疗有效率显著高于对照组患者(P＜0.05).结论 丹参酮IIA磺酸钠能够通过降低患者的D-二聚体,改变血液高凝状态,抑制血栓,从而起到治疗血栓闭塞性脉管炎的作用.Objective To investigate the efficacy of tanshinone ⅡA sodium in treatment of thrombosis obliterans process,in order to provide the basis for clinical treatment of thrombosis obliterans. Methods 80 patients with thrombosis obliterans from March 2010 to August 2013 admitted in Beijing PAP Corps General Hospital were selected as subjects,and divided into control group and experimental group,each had 40 cases. Patients of control group were given dextran intravenous injection treatment,and patients of experimental group were added tanshinone IIA sodium on the basis of control group. Levels of D-dimer,changes in blood flow indicators( including plasma viscosity,hematocrit and fibrinogen,etc.) and clinical efficacy were observed and compared between two groups. Results After treatment,D-dimer content of experimental group was significantly lower than before treatment,and significantly lower than that of control group( P < 0. 05); plasma viscosity,hematocrit plot and fibrinogen of experimental group were significantly lower than before treatment,and significantly lower than control group( P < 0. 05); the efficiency of experimental group was significantly higher than that of control group( P < 0. 05). Conclusion Tanshinone ⅡA sodium could reduce patient's D-dimer,change the hypercoagulable state of blood,and inhibit thrombus in treatment of thrombosis obliterans.
