摘　　要：文化建设是关系到新农村建设乃至整个社会主义事业成败的关键性问题。新农村文化建设必须策应"贴近"、"实效"的文化发展新思路,整合农村文化资源、文化力量,完善文化消费渠道,丰富农民群众精神文化生活,满足农民不断增长和变化的文化需求。Cultural construction is a key problem to the construction of new countryside and even the success of whole socialist cause. The cultural construction of new countryside must be supported by the new thoughts of cultur-al development of "closeness" and "effectiveness",integrate the cultural resources and cultural forces in the coun-tryside ,improve the cultural consumption channels and enrich the spiritual and cultural life of the rural residents to meet the increasing and changing cultural needs of the farmers.
