摘　　要：经外周静脉置人中心静脉导管(PICC)为患者提供了一条安全、无痛、持续的静脉通路,然而PICC留置期间容易并发导管相关性血流感染(CRBSI).本文以护理工作为主要着跟点,对CRBSI的定义、诊断标准、病原体特点及危险凶素进行分析,并提出了有效的预防和护理措施.The peripherally inserted central catheter (PICC) provides a safe,painless,and durable intravenous pathway for the treatment of cancer patients.However,risk of intravascular catheter related bloodstream infections (CRBSI) exists during the catheter indwelling period.In this review,the definition,diagnostic criteria,characteristic of pathogens,and risk factors of CRBSI in tumor departments are analyzed and some effective prevention and nursing strategies are postulated.
