摘　　要：1型糖尿病患者的血清脂联素水平高于正常人群.本文就1型糖尿病患者血清脂联素的影响因素,脂联素水平与1型糖尿病不良临床特征、并发症、伴随状态和全因死亡率等的关系,以及潜在机制及研究方向进行概述.Serum adiponectin levels in type 1 diabetic patients are higher than those in the normal population.We reviewed the influencing factors of serum adiponectin levels in type 1 diabetic patients,the relationship between adiponectin and adverse type 1 diabetic clinical features,complications,concurrent condition,and all-cause mortality,as well as potential mechanisms and research directions.
