中国副省级以上城市的用地扩张及驱动机制评析

摘　　要：1985-2007年中国副省级以上城市的用地变化情况表明:城市间用地扩张速度和扩张量高低差异明显,用地规模大小差距悬殊且位序规模交替演进;就整个时段来看,每个城市的建成区面积都存在大幅度扩张;总体上,中国副省级以上城市的建成区面积具有加速扩张的特征,一元二次方程式能很好地刻画其扩张趋势;21世纪迎来了新一轮城市用地扩张高潮,但城市用地集约度并未明显提高,严格监控城市用地势在必行。中国副省级以上城市用地扩张的驱动机制显示:城市人口增长、经济发展、道路交通、投资建设、生态景观与城市用地之间具有显著的直线线性关系,作用关系密切;制度与政策因素、重要事件对城市用地的影响也很大,一些关键性的制度与政策对城市发展具有决定性的影响。According to study the urban land expansion of vice provincial city and provincial city in 1985-2007.The result indicates that the expansion rate and expansion amount are significant differences among cities,the gap among the size of urban land is big and the size of rank is constantly evolving.In view of the entire period,there is a large of expansion about each city.In general,the vice provincial city and provincial city has accelerated expansion characteristic,the expansion trend showing an obvious Unary quadratic equation model.Especially,since in the 21st century,confronted a new round climax of urban land use expansion,However,the intensity of urban land use have no markedly improve.so,it is necessary to strictly monitor urban land use.The driving mechanism shows that there are significant linear relationship between urban population growth,economic development,road transport,investment and construction,ecological landscape and urban land use.In addition,system,policy factor and important event important are also have great influence on urban land use,some key system and policy factor have the decisive role in urban development.
