摘 要:为进行薏苡品种选育,以25份不同薏苡种质资源为研究材料,调查株高、主茎节数、主茎叶片数、茎粗、总分蘖数、有效分蘖数、无效分蘖数、有效分蘖率、总果粒数、实果粒数、空果粒数和实果粒率共12个性状,对得到的各种质性状数据采用SAS,DPS软件进行主成分分析和聚类分析。结果表明:形态因子、产量因子、有效分蘖率因子、实果率因子和总分蘖数因子等5个主要因子对变异的累积贡献率可达95.36%,依据主成分向量可将25份薏苡种质系统聚类为4类。本研究为云南薏苡品种选育提供了理论基础,提高了优良薏苡品种的选育效率。To study the breeding of the Coix varieties,12 characteristics such as plant height,number of main stem nodes,leaf number of main stem,stem diameter,total number of tillers,number of effective tillers,number of ineffective tillers,ratio of productive tiller,total fruit number,real fruit grain number,empty fruit grain number,and real fruit rate of 25 Coix germplasm resources were determined in the present study,and the principal component analysis and the cluster analysis were carried out by the SAS and DPS software.The results showed that the cumulative contribution rate was up to 95.36% by five main factors such as form factor,yield factor,factor of ratio of productive tiller,real fruit grain number factor,and total number of tillers factor;the 25 Coix germplasm resources should be divided into 4 categories by cluster analysis.This study provided theoretical basis for Coix breeding,and improved the breeding efficiency of the Coix varieties.
