间接ELISA检测试剂盒在兔瘟抗体监测中的效果评价

摘　　要：兔瘟是一种急性、热性、败血性和毁灭性的传染病,发病率和死亡率极高,是目前危害我国养兔业最重要的疫病之一。间接ELISA抗体检测方法是兔瘟血清学抗体水平检测的主要方法,在兔瘟的诊断、流行状态的监测和流行病学调查等方面得到了广泛应用。为了评价兔瘟病毒间接ELISA抗体检测试剂盒在兔瘟抗体检测中的应用效果,利用兔瘟病毒间接ELISA抗体检测试剂盒对2012年采集于河南、河北、山东等地的818份免疫兔血清进行了检测,并进行了间接ELISA抗体检测试剂盒与间接血凝抑制试验(HI)的符合率研究。结果显示两者的符合率达94.0%,说明ELISA试剂盒具有良好的临床适用性和准确性,非常适用于兔场免疫后兔群的抗体水平监测。Rabbit hemorrhagic disease is an acute,febrile,septic and devastating infectious disease,morbidity and mortality is very high. It is one of the most important diseases at present hazards to rabbit industry in our country. Indirect ELISA antibody detection method is the main method for rabbit hemorrhagic disease serum antibody level detection,which had been widely used in the diagnosis of RHD,epidemiology monitoring and epidemiological investigation. For effect evaluation of RHDV indirect ELISA antibody detection kit in RHD antibody detection. In this study the serum of 818 immune rabbit was collected in Henan,Hebei and Shandong province etc. At the same time,researching the coincidence rate of indirect ELISA antibody detection kit with the indirect hemagglutination inhibition test. The results showed that the coincidence rate between the two groups was 94.0%,it was explained that ELISA antibody detection kit has a good clinical applicability and accuracy,and it was suitable for monitoring of antibody levels after immunization of the rabbit group.
