摘 要:本试验采用PCR产物直接测序法和PCR-RFLP技术对新西兰兔287个个体的BMPR-IB基因进行了多态性研究。结果表明:在BMPR-IB基因外显子1上检测到3个SNPs位点,分别为c.88 C>T、c.96 T>C和c.117 G>A。其中c.117 G>A位点GG基因型为优势等位基因型(0.5784),G等位基因为优势等位基因(0.7648)。多态性指标分析表明,c.117 G>A位点在新西兰兔中的杂合度(He)为0.3598,有效等位基因数(Ne)为1.5619,多态信息含量(PIC)为0.2950,表现为中度多态(0.25<PIC<0.50)。In the present study,we research BMPR-IB gene polymorphisms by using direct sequencing and PCR-RFLP technique in 287 New Zealand rabbits.The results showed that three SNPs located in exon-1 of BMPR-IB gene were detected,c.88 C>T,c.96 T>C and c.117 G>A,respectively;and GG genotype of c.117G>A was the dominant genotype(0.5784) and G allele was the dominant allele(0.7648).The genetic analysis of c.117 G>A in the New Zealand rabbit showed that heterozygosity(He) was 0.3598,effective number of alleles(Ne) was 1.5619,and polymorphic information content(PIC) was 0.2950 which showed genetic diversity was moderate polymorphism(0.25<PIC<0.50).
