稽留流产患者绒毛组织中缺氧诱导因子-1α和血管内皮生长因子表达的研究

摘　　要：目的探讨稽留流产患者绒毛组织中缺氧诱导因子-1α(HIF-1α)和血管内皮生长因子(VEGF)表达情况。方法大庆龙南医院2012年1月至2013年12月期间收治因稽留流产就诊的患者40例和计划外妊娠要求行人工流产术患者40例,分为稽留流产组与对照组,分别取清宫后的绒毛组织进行免疫组织化学染色,观察两组患者绒毛组织中HIF-1α和VEGF的表达情况。结果稽留流产组HIF-1α和VEGF阳性表达分别为7例(17.5%)和28例(70%)。对照组HIF-1α和VEGF阳性表达分别为24例(60%)和40例(100%)。稽留流产组HIF-1α和VEGF阳性表达情况较对照组明显低,相比较有统计学意义(χ2=20.43,P<0.01;χ2=50.82,P<0.01)。结论HIF-1α和VEGF表达过低可能与稽留流产的发生有关。Objective Subject Discussion the expression of hypoxia inducible factor-1α(HIF-1α)and vascular endothelial growth factor(VEGF) in the case of patients with missed abortion. Method 80 patients in the Daqing Longnan Hospital from January 2012 to December 2013 were dividerd into 2 groups:,themissed abortion, the control group,consisted of 40 patients with unplanned pregnancy and planed to conductabortion. The villi groups of all patients were first taken after dilatation and curettage and thenimmunohistochemical staining, lastly, compared its expressions of HIF-1α and VEGF in the two groups.Results The expressions of HIF-1α and VEGF in missed abortion group were 7 cases(17.5%), 28 cases(70%). The expressions in the control group were 24 cases(60%), 40 cases(100%), the expressions of HIF-1αand VEGF cases of missed abortion group was significantly lower than the control group,with statisticalsignificance.(χ2=20.43,P<0.01;χ2= 50.82,P<0.01). Conclusions The low expression of HIF-1α andVEGF may be related to the occurrence of missed abortion.
