摘 要:目的:探讨互动式案例教学方法在肿瘤内科学临床教学中的应用价值。方法:以在肿瘤内科集中实习的62名五年制本科临床医学专业学生为研究对象,随机分为两组,实验组采用互动式案例法教学,对照组采用传统教学模式教学。结果:实验组考试成绩得分明显高于对照组(<0.05);问卷调查结果显示实验组所有学生均赞成此种教学方法。结论:互动式案例教学法可提高教学质量,对培养学生临床思维能力、调动学生积极性、促进学生自学和解决问题能力等综合发展具有积极作用。Objective: An analysis of the effects of'interactive case teaching method'in Medical Oncology.Methods:The 62 five-year clinical medicine undergraduate students who practiced in Medical Oncology were randomly divided into two groups, the experimental group using interactive case teaching method, the control group using traditional teaching mode. Results: The experimental group scored significantly higher than the control group( <0.05);The questionnaire Survey results showed that all the students of experimental group were in favor of interactive case teaching methods. Conclusions: Interactive case teaching methods can improve the quality of teaching and has a positive effect on cultivating students' thinking ability, mobilizing the enthusiasm of students',and promoting student self-learning and problem-solving skills.
