摘 要:温室内设置紫茎泽兰(Ageratina adenophora)被泽兰实蝇(Procecidochares utilis)寄生和未寄生两组盆栽试验处理,测定了两种处理下紫茎泽兰植株生物量和功能叶片的丙二醛、脯氨酸含量及超氧化物歧化酶、过氧化物酶、过氧化氢酶酶活性。结果表明:泽兰实蝇寄生与未寄生的紫茎泽兰植株生物量分别为8.81g·株-1、10.59g·株-1,寄生对紫茎泽兰生长有一定抑制作用,但差异不显著。寄生后紫茎泽兰功能叶片丙二醛、脯氨酸含量为26.18mmol·g-1FW、16.19μg·g-1,显著高于未寄生的对应指标,分别比未寄生的高35.93%、36.39%;其超氧化物歧化酶、过氧化物酶、过氧化氢酶比活力为1.64U·mg-1、6.18U·mg-1、42.94U·mg-1,显著比未寄生的高,分别为未寄生的1.2、2.2、2.1倍。说明紫茎泽兰能够通过调节生理特征来应对泽兰实蝇的寄生,这可能是其能够成功入侵的机理之一。The effects of parasitism by Procecidochares utilis on growth and physiological re-sponse of Ageratina adenophora were studied by comparative method in the greenhouse.The plant biomass of A.adenophora parasitized and non-parasitized by P.utilis,and the superoxide dismutase,peroxidase and catalase activity,malondialdehyde and praline content of the functional leaves A.adenophora were deter-mined.The results showed that the total biomass of A.adenophora parasitized by P.utilis and non-parasit-ized by P.utilis were 8.81g per plant and 10.59 g per plant respectively.The parasitism resulted in reduction of plant biomass of A.adenophora,but the effect on A.adenophora is not significant (P>0.5).The ma-londialdehyde and praline content of the functional leaves of A.adenophora parasitized by P.utilis were 26.18 mmol·g-1 FW and 1 6.1 9μg·g-1 ,which were significant higher with 35.93% and 36. 39% than that of un-parasitic by P.utilis,respectively (P<0.05).The result suggests that A.ade-nophora can regulate the physical characteristics in response to parasitism by P.utilis,which may be a successful invasion mechanism of A.adenophora.
